*(in)spired deals - Dayspring Giveaway

Let there be thankfulness to God!
Eph. 5:4 NLT

Growing up, I have found memories of my mom leaving out a blessing jar to prompt us to write down things that we were thankful for. It was always a special time for us to go back and read the different things we put in over the course of the year. I'm so thankful that my parents instilled a sense of gratitude in us. Despite the busyness of the holiday season, Cody and I have been trying to take time to tell each other what we're thankful for. Considering I started crying this morning in Walmart as I was buying green beans to donate to our church's food pantry because we have an abundance of food, I think it's working. (and I'm slightly crazy!)

DaySpring gave me the opportunity to review an Ever Grateful Reversible Table Runner for this holiday season.

Since we weren't going to be hosting Thanksgiving at our house, I used it to decorate our coffee table. I love that it has a simple but powerful message on it and I can use it all year long!  DaySpring also provided me with a $20 gift card to give to my readers! Here's how you can enter the giveaway:

1. Leave a comment and tell me what you're thankful for this year!
2. Head to DaySpring and tell me what you would use your gift card to purchase.
3. Follow Life At It's Finest!

The giveaway will close Saturday, Nov. 26 night at 10:00 pm. Winner will be announced Sunday, Nov. 27.

Check out my friend C.C.'s blog for another chance to win!

DaySpring provided this table runner to me free of charge to review. All opinions are my own.

Tiny Prints Holiday Cards

One of my favorite things about the holiday season is Christmas cards! I love checking the mail every day to find hand addressed envelopes filled with familiar faces. Many of the cards my family received were life long friends; it may have been a while since we last talked, but the Christmas card always appeared and said "we're thinking of you!"

Choosing our own holiday card is always a fun task, though I usually have the hardest time narrowing it down to one card! Here are some cards I like from Tiny Prints Holiday Collection:

Chevron is such a big hit right now, why not use it in your Christmas cards?

Or you can go with a more sophisticated route!
